The heavy duty machine with 8-slot carousel tool magazine, suitable for gravity cutting, with wide function such as routing, drilling, cutting, side milling, edge chamfering, etc. Boring aggregate can be optional. Vacuum table with great absorption strength – adsorb different areas of materials, also can use fixtures to hold various shaped materials with fixture, which is flexible and convenient. At the same time, the drilling bank is optional according to the customer’s needs.

1. Carousel tool magazine

The machine adopts carousel tool magazine, standard equipped with 8 tools, and   the number of tool magazines can be selected according to the needs, which can effectively reduce the tool change time and improve work efficiency. 

2. T-slot and vacuum table

The table adopts T-slot and vacuum table combination, can strongly adsorb different areas of materials, also can fix different shapes of materials, flexible and convenient.

3.Boring unit

The machine can be equipped with 5+4 vertical drilling bank or 9 vertical + 6 horizontal drilling+ 1 saw blade according to the customer’s need.

4. Japan Yaskawa servo motor and driver

The machine adopts Japan Yaskawa servo motor and driver, with high precision, high speed performance, strong anti-overload capability and good stability.
