High Precision Panel Saw

The machine is mainly used for all kinds of density boards, shaving boards, wood-based panels, ABS panels, PVC panels, organic glass plates and solid wood cutting.

1. Heavy Frame

Heavy-duty frame ensures stable movement of the saw frame for precise sawing quality.

2. Movable air table

Air table reduces the friction to the minumun to prevent chipping and wearing of the materials.

3. The clamps

The clamps wrapped with rubber hold the material firmly and gently. Contact pressure adjustable to accommodate different material and deliver invariably perfect cut quality.

4. Saw carriage

The precise and powerful movement of the servo motor driven saw carriage, along with 18.5kw mian saw motor guarantee a clean finish even when cutting multiple panels.
