Sill
It is the machine that automatically glues and cleans the door jambs and opens the plaster and nail channels. In plug-in jambs, the part of the jamb that goes into the door frame is automatically driven by the automatic feeding unit, approximately 40 pieces. The surface part of the sill is automatically supplied with a magazine system and it adheres to the snap sill gluing unit simultaneously. While the sill, whose adhesion process has been completed, is still moving on the line, radius cleaning of the adhering and non-adhering edges is carried out with reciprocal radius motors, the surface nails are opened and the process ends with all the sill operations completed after the plaster channel is opened. It is an economical machine that saves time and labor.
