Roller Press

It is a machine that sticks laminate, wood and paper on materials such as chipboard, chipboard, MDF, plywood. Depending on the type of material to be adhered, it must be pre-glued. It bonds by mechanical spring pressure and rubber rollers compression. The rubber surface ensures smooth and smooth adhesion of the material. Before the material enters the press, the surface is heated with resistances. Heat and speed adjustment is made according to the recommended working standards of the material. It makes continuous and serial bonding in 1300mm width.
