Doppel

It is a machine that profiles the edges of materials such as chipboard, chipboard, MDFLam for postforming or softforming. By compacting the materials with a pallet, the channel is opened and milling is done. A smooth surface is obtained as the workpiece is clamped with the pallet. There are saws to give channel joints or motifs on the top and bottom of the piece. At the exit of the part, it sands the profiled surface.
