Errors occur in the cutting and sizing of materials such as chipboard, MDF Lam. Problems appear when PVC adheres to faulty materials. The purpose of the design of this machine is to minimize the problems in cutting and sizing the material. There are two front milling (razor) balls. Before the material enters adhesion, it undergoes pre-blading and adheres to a cleaner surface. It automatically pulls materials such as foil, PVC, Melamine between 0.4 mm and 3 mm and makes automatic cutting with tolerance with the scissors group. Makes zero cuts at the beginning and end. Radius motors clean the bottom, top, head and end with radius (For example, workpieces with postforming, softforming), if desired, cleaning of the head and end with radius can be canceled. (It provides convenience when 4-sided PVC is desired to be attached to the chipboard material). It removes scraping blade marks and excess glue. The polishing group, on the other hand, cleans the surface of PVC and provides a smooth surface by polishing it. Its mode of operation is LCD controlled. It has a fast and precise adjustment mechanism.
